DEMAND SURCHARGE
Our international partners are doing everything they can to ensure that all important packages and documents are delivered worldwide, even during the busiest time of the year. Unfortunately, this comes with additional costs. Therefore, starting December 1, 2024, we will implement a Demand Surcharge.This surcharge will be applied to shipping rates and is intended to cover the extra costs incurred during the peak period. The Demand Surcharge will be charged on top of shipping rates, including fuel surcharges, and will be calculated per billable weight (rounded up to whole kilograms). The Demand Surcharge rates are as follows:

Onze internationale partners doen al het mogelijke om ook tijdens de drukste tijd van het jaar alle belangrijke pakketten en documenten waar ook ter wereld te bezorgen. Helaas brengt dit wel extra kosten met zich mee, vandaar dat we per 1 december 2024 een Demand Surcharge hanteren. Dit is een toeslag op de verzendtarieven en is bedoeld om de extra kosten te dekken die gemaakt worden tijdens de piekperiode.
